Terms for The Pack

By creating an account, accepting these terms in the app, or using The Pack, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your sign-in secure and give us accurate account information.

The Community Board is an asynchronous private space for current Pack clients and staff. It is not a public social feed or a live chat. Keep posts and replies focused on dog training, Pack events, wins, and useful resources. Use Report or Block beside a Board post or reply when there is a concern; reports are private and the owner may review frozen evidence to enforce these terms. A block applies across The Pack: it hides that person’s Board content and prevents private messages between you while the block remains.

Messages are private client–trainer conversations tied to the exact member and trainer relationship. They are not a public social feed. Impactful Canine’s owner may review reported messages and limited related context to investigate safety, enforce these terms, provide support, or comply with law. You keep ownership of messages, photos, videos, dog details, and other content you submit. You give Impactful Canine a limited license to host, process, display, and share that content only as needed to provide training, messaging, support, safety review, and account features. You must have the right to submit it.

Do not use The Pack for harassment, threats, hate, sexual or exploitative content, animal abuse, illegal activity, spam, malware, impersonation, privacy invasion, or infringement. We may preserve evidence, remove or lock Community Board content, restrict messaging, suspend access, or close an account when reasonably needed for safety, enforcement, or law. The Community Guidelines explain these rules in detail.

The Pack is currently in a free period: new digital membership purchases and renewals are not offered in the iOS app, and there is no Apple App Store or Google Play subscription to manage. Existing web billing, if any, is managed on the web or with the team. In-person training and Pack Walk bookings are physical services arranged through our scheduling provider and are separate from digital app access. Any future paid offer will show its price, renewal terms, and payment provider before purchase.

Training guidance is educational and cannot guarantee a specific result. Dogs and physical activities involve risk. Follow trainer instructions, use appropriate equipment, supervise your dog, and seek veterinary or emergency help when needed. Do not rely on the app for an emergency.

We work to keep The Pack reliable, but availability and content may change. To the extent Alabama law permits, Impactful Canine is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from app use. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
